INTAKE INTERVIEW & REQUIRED DOCUMENTS
Prior to the start of any supervised visitation or exchange services, all parties are required to complete an intake interview and sign all necessary documentation. The intake process allows the provider to gather important background information, review court orders, and clearly explain policies and expectations to each parent.
All required forms and agreements must be reviewed, completed, and signed before services can begin. This ensures that everyone understands the rules, procedures, and responsibilities involved, helping to promote safety, minimize misunderstandings, and provide a smooth and structured experience for all parties involved.
Failure to complete the intake process and required paperwork may delay the scheduling of services.
